01. THE PROTOCOL

How do I begin the Roots & Stem protocol? We recommend the Full Foundation System. It is designed as a 24-hour circadian cycle: No. 04 (Ascent), No. 12 (Anchor), No. 07 (Catalyst), and No. 09 (Descent). If you are new to somatic work, start with No. 04 and No. 09 to establish your biological bookends.

Is this a "Biohack"? No. We do not "hack" biology. We provide the scaffolding for Biological Integrity. Our goal is regulation and stability, not temporary optimization or artificial "highs."

Can I take these with caffeine? While our formulas are designed to work with your natural chemistry, we recommend taking No. 04 Stillness in place of your second cup of coffee. It provides a structural clarity that caffeine often vibrates away.

02. BIOLOGICAL INTEGRITY (INGREDIENTS)

Are the ingredients "Museum-Grade"? Yes. Every botanical is sourced for its high-integrity markers, such as dual-extracted Lion’s Mane and standardized Sensoril® Ashwagandha. We use no synthetic binders, artificial colors, or "proprietary blends" that obscure the truth of the formula.

Why does my formula look slightly different than the last batch? As with any high-grade natural artifact, subtle variations in color and texture occur between batches. This is the hallmark of raw, potent botanicals. The systemic efficacy remains constant.

Are your products tested? Every batch undergoes rigorous third-party verification to ensure purity from heavy metals, microbes, and pesticides. We maintain an institutional standard of safety.

03. LOGISTICS & THE REGISTRY

When will my order arrive? We ship from our facility in the United States. Orders typically undergo a 2-3 day "Preparation" period followed by a 3-7 day "Descent" (transit). You will receive a tracking number the moment your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally from the U.S.? Currently, we prioritize the domestic architecture of the United States. As our institution grows, we will look to expand the Registry to other regions.

What is the "Ritual Library"? On the label of every Roots & Stem bottle, you will find a QR code. This is your gateway to the Ritual Library—a collection of guided somatic resets and breathing protocols designed to activate the "hardware" of our supplements.

04. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return an opened bottle? Due to the biological nature of our apothecary, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if a formula does not align with your personal architecture, contact us at apothecary@rootsandstem.com for a Registry consultation.

05. REGISTRY LOGISTICS & ACCOUNTING

How do I track the "Descent" of my order? Once your artifacts have been prepared and dispatched from our facility, a Registry Confirmation will be sent to your electronic correspondence. This will contain a tracking link to monitor the movement of your protocol from our foundation to your doorstep. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to initialize the data.

Can I modify a confirmed order? To maintain the integrity of our fulfillment cycle, we move swiftly once an order is placed. If you need to adjust your protocol, please contact the registry within two hours of your order. Once the preparation phase is complete, the order cannot be altered.

Which forms of exchange do you accept? We accept all major credit institutions (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital payment architectures, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. Every transaction is secured through high-level encryption to ensure the privacy of your financial architecture.

Is my data secure within the Registry? Yes. Your personal information is treated as a confidential record. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your data during the checkout process. We do not store sensitive payment details on our local servers; all exchanges are handled by certified, secure payment gateways.

What should I do if a formula arrives compromised? If your package arrives with a broken "Museum-Grade" seal or damaged glass, please notify us at apothecary@rootsandstem.com within 48 hours. Provide a photograph of the failure so we may investigate the logistical error and dispatch a replacement artifact immediately.

How do I adjust my correspondence preferences? You may seek more space or withdraw from the Apothecary Log at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the base of our emails. Your place in the Registry remains, but your electronic notifications will cease.
