Because we operate in "batches" to maintain biological integrity, prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any "No." formula at any time to ensure our standards are met.

06. Accuracy of Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our apothecary. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from inaccurate address data provided by the user.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roots & Stem is registered.
