The Standard
At Roots & Stem, we build our formulations to an institutional standard of biological integrity. We understand that the nervous system requires time to adapt and regulate. However, we also recognize that every human ecosystem is unique.
Returns on Unopened Artifacts
To maintain the safety and purity of our apothecary, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, with the original "Museum-Grade" seal intact.

Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Process: To begin, please contact the registry at
support@rootsandstem.com. -
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee the "Descent" of your package back to our facility.
Opened Products & Systemic Fit
Due to the biological nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If you find that a specific formula (No. 04, 12, 07, or 09) does not align with your personal architecture, please reach out to us. We are committed to your regulation and will offer a one-time Registry Credit or a consultation to help you adjust your protocol.
Damaged or Compromised Shipments
If your order arrives with a compromised seal or damaged glass, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include a photograph of the damage so we can investigate the logistical failure and dispatch a replacement immediately.
Refunds
Once your unopened return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the financial institutions to process the reversal.
