Shipping policy

01. The Standard of Handling

At Roots & Stem, we treat every shipment as a transfer of biological integrity. Because we operate in "Limited Batches" to ensure the freshness of our botanicals, we do not participate in the frantic pace of "instant" shipping. We prioritize accuracy and the safe arrival of your protocol.

02. Processing Times (The Preparation)

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Registry Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-volume "Batch Openings" (such as our June 10th launch), please allow for an additional 48 hours for our team to verify the seal and security of your artifacts.

03. Domestic Transit (Within the United States)

We ship exclusively from our fulfillment center in the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days once processed.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the "Hardware" (bottles) and your destination.

  • Free Shipping: As a commitment to your long-term architecture, orders containing the Full Foundation System (No. 04, 12, 07, 09) qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

04. Tracking the Descent

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Registry Confirmation via email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the "Descent" of your package to your doorstep. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to activate within the carrier's system.

05. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Roots & Stem is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

06. Logistical Failures (Damaged or Lost Goods)

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with a compromised "Museum-Grade" seal, please contact us at support@rootsandstem.com.

  • Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will require photographic evidence to investigate the failure with the carrier.
